REGISTRATION YOUR BRAND

Voge Fashion Runway is a show and market is the premiere Fashion Week event for small-scale buyers, boutique owners, celebrity and network stylists, and members of the fashion media. Our goal is to provide designers with the most upscale and business-oriented environment open to the public during New York Fashion Week and Other States during their Fashion Week.

 

  • .  All show participants (i.e. Models, Designers, MUA / Hair Stylists, and Vendors) will be marketed and promoted providing all requirements and deadlines are met. Buyers, boutique owners, celebrities, celebrity stylists, and the press will all have backstage passes post the runway shows. Ready To take your business to the next level? Want to show your collection directly to buyers and boutique owners during fashion week? Register yourself or your brand to audition.

DESIGNER OPPORTUNITY/AMENITIES 

  1. Expand your network of fashion industry professionals

  2. Display your collection during our Voge Fashion Runway  at one of fashion's top venues

  3. Models will be cast for you as well your preferred models can be used as well

  4. Display and/or sell your work to boutique owners, buyers, fashion media,  bloggers), hundreds of guests, and celebrity and television network stylists

  5.  Have your brand marketed and promoted via Voge Fashion Runway event listings, website listings, social media promotion, event programs, and more.

  6. Designers will be fully equipped the day of the show with hair and make-up sponsored by our  Institute of Beauty, as well as a designated space backstage including, chairs AND beverages

  7. You will be provided with links to all press from the show

  8. AS A DESIGNER YOU WILL RECEIVE A RUNWAY VIDEO OF YOUR COLLECTION FOR YOUR MARKETING NEEDS

REQUIREMENTS

​​

  • Must be a clothing designer to participate. Clothing must be sewn 

  • All samples must contain runway-ready quality  (determined by VOGE casting committee)

  • Must be interested in selling and/or marketing your brand to fashion industry professionals

  • Must be open to press and interviews 

  • Must show a collection of 8-10 looks

  1. Submit this 'Registration' form (be sure to put  DESIGNER as your 'Participation Interest') If you are an accessory or jewelry designer and would like to vend please put DESIGNER/VENDOR as your 'Participation Interest'.

  2. We will contact you to request your portfolio to conduct an online review of your work

  3. You will be contacted and provided next steps in regard to your participation after the portfolio review  

  4. If you have been selected to participate you will be invited to the Designer/Vendor Meet & Greet and/or sent a Designer Registration form to complete the process to represent your brand at VOGE

MODELS OPPORTUNITIES

  1. Expand your network of fashion industry professionals by working with professional designers, MUAs, and Hairstylists.

  4. Generate Revenue/Profit From Ticket Sales

  6. You will be provided with links to professional photos after the event

  7. You will be provided with links to all press from the show

  1. Professional and reliable models ONLY

  2. The standard size is A5 or 5.5″ x 8.5″ and is usually printed on double-sided

  3. 5'6 and above (Females)

  4. 5'10 and above (Males)

  5. Sizes 0 - 12 (Ladies)

  2. We will contact you to request your portfolio/pictures to conduct on line review

  3. You will be contacted regarding your participation request for Voge Fashion Runway.

  4. If you have been invited to the live casting  you will be provided audition details via email at the same times as Step 4

VENDOR'S OPPORTUNITY/AMENITIES

  1. Expand your network of fashion industry professionals by working with professional designers, MUAs, and Hairstylists.

  2. Meet members of the fashion press (including bloggers), model scouts, photographers, and wardrobe/celebrity stylists

  3. You will be provided marketing and promotion via Voge Fashion Runway event listings, website listings, social media promotion, event programs, and more.

  4. Gain exposure for your brand

  5. Listed in the event program

  6. Vending table (we provide table and space)

  7. Links to all press from the show

  8. Wholesale general admission tickets available for purchase

  9. Vending tables will be first come first serve (6 openings)

  • Must be a clothing designer, accessories/jewelry designer, or general vendor

  • Must be interested and ready to sell and/or market your brand

  3. Sample cosmetics will be supplied to select MUA's

  4. Wholesale general admission tickets available for purchase

PRESS / MEDIA / BLOGGERS

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Must write or photograph for a print and/or online magazine, newspaper or blog (bloggers will be required to submit links to their site)

  • Freelance photographers are welcome

  • Press gives permission to VOGE to share photo age

  2. We will send you the Voge Fashion Runway Show  Press Coverage credentials form

  3. Once we have received your completed Press Coverage form we will send you additional event details

UPON SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM YOU WILL RECEIVE PRODUCTION ALERTS REGARDING GENERAL VOGE UPDATES AND YOUR RESPECTIVE OCCUPATION CATEGORY. THERE WILL NOT BE ALERTS INFORMING REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS IF WE HAVE REACHED OUR DESIGNER, MODEL, OR VENDOR PARTICIPATION CAP.  DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF RESPONSES, WE URGE SERIOUS AND EAGER POTENTIAL PARTICIPANTS TO COMPLETE THEIR REGISTRATION EARLY TO SECURE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPRESENT THEIR BRAND TO BOUTIQUES AND STYLISTS.

 
Please note that the show format, date, time, location, and amenities are subject to change and all participants will be notified of any such change.

ALL PAYMENTS AND RECOMPENSE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
HOWEVER, ALL CREDITS ARE TRANSFERABLE TO FUTURE SEASONS
